Default Signal Switch Wiring

I was wondering where the plug with 2 wires GREEN and BLACK go to on a 95 chevy s10. I just got the truck and this was unhooked. Any help would be appreciated. Also I noticed another plug under my dash on the left side that has 2 wires PURPLE and GREY that was unplugged. Wondering where this one goes as well. Thanks for all the help.

See around the area where these wires are and move them around looking for where they could possibly plug in. Vehicles sometimes have wires in the harness that are for options that your truck did not have installed. Therefore the wires or plugs are just there.
