1. lol the title is funny.... Okay I think my timing chain is stretched because I hear rattling noise here is why. This is 96 s10 p/u 2.2 manula trans. I replaced the clutch, and when I was trying to slide the input shaft into the engine, I lift the harmonic balancer couple times. Is this scenario correct or is my guess correct?

2. My horn doesn't work, but I hear clicks when I punch the steering wheel. Where to start? TIA

When you lifted the harmonic balancer the entire engine moved up changing the angle of the engine causing the input shaft to align with the pilot bearing better. You might still have a stretched timing chain. The clicks you hear when pushing the horn button is the horn relay. Your horn might be bad or the wires to the horn are damaged.
