Thank you Dewey! Fixed Blinker!
Thanks dewey for the autozone idea!
I found a fuse panel lay out there and fixed my blazer's blinker issue!
Someone had added a pony tail fuse in place of the blinker fuse. This pony tail fuse lead to the radio along with a thicker gauge after market installed wire (more power to the radio I guess). Someone installed it wrong.
NOW. I'm trying to find the old radio fuse port and plug this pony tail one into it... Would it be the fuse port labeled RDO?

Glad you got the blinker fixed. Yeah, I think rdo is radio. I don't have a wiring diagram for that. You might try, (the12volt.com) scroll down the page, click on your vehicle make, scroll through the pages and find your year and model, there should be a stereo link in the right hand column. It's not a wiring diagram but it gives the wiring colors and application. They also have Q&A forums.
