Tuning 4.3 vortec
Hi new here I got a 2002 c1500 4.3 nv3500 I know I’m on the wrong forum but never got a response on the full-size side. I was wanting maybe bore it .20 put some aluminum pistons, roller rockers compSKU 1418-12, comp cam SKU56-450-8, and send the heads to get ported. The question I got is can the spider injection be tuned I know I can throw a bunch a parts at it but it will run about the same if it can’t be tuned also anybody know of adjustable distributor that fits 02 4.3. Thanks for any input
