understanding CODES - P0155

understanding CODES - P0155
So I got my Bro-in-law to download my check engine light. Two codes popped up, first is a P0155 heater circuit Bank2 Sensor 1. This means I need a new O2 sensor? as well I got a P0306 Cyl 6 misfire, so I'm thinking wires and plugs, was planning on trying those E3 plugs. Any comments on these? not worth money? best ones yet? Any input would be welcomed.
