Hi name is jonny i am planning on building a 383 stroker which will have about 500hp i have a choice of 2 blocks both are 350 4 bolts 1 is 3970010 which i have been told has high nickel content and is strong or the other i think is a factory 300hp camaro block which 1 will suit the job better ?

 

I would say the one with high nickel content! Please refrain from posting the same thread twice it will be easier to follow with just one!
