Why are my lights blinking?

Default Why are my lights blinking?
Could this be a fuse? My interior lights blink as well as my gauges in my 99 S10. Headlights kind of flicker as well. Just like the inside.

Have you checked the ground from the battery to the engine? Make sure it's tight. Check where it bolts to the engine block.
