Default 2003 S10 ZR5 4.3 Fuel Pump test terminal location?

Hello,

I have the subject truck (it is a 2003 not a 2000). It will not start and I do not think that the fuel pump is turning on. I went out a bought a Haynes service manual for it and it mentions a 'Fuel Pump Test Terminal' which is supposed to be located in the engine compartment on the passenger side.
When I google it, it says that it should be a wire that is capped and does not normally terminate anywhere. The picture in the Haynes manual shows it as a white connector.

I cannot find it. Does anyone know where it is and what it might be hidden behind / underneath? The manual says you can jump the wire to positive and the pump should turn on. I figure I can test the pump and if it does not turn on, then I can go from there.

if I need to replace the pump, is it easier to drain and drop the fuel tank or pull the bed off? If I pull the bed off, I will put an access cover in the bed so I can get to the pump and sender in the future.

Thanks,
