Default 95 1500 power steering pulley stuck

Hey guys, could use some help. I bought 95 gmc 1500 off an old guy who was living on the coast. So there is a lot of rust. I am trying get this thing running smoothly again and right now I have 2 pulleys that are stuck. I have tried the power steering pump pulley tool, which failed, and a 5 ton jaw puller which has just bent the pulley itself. both the pump and pulley are being replaced but I'm pretty limited as I only have hand tools. a little guidance would be awesome

so what is issue if your replacing pump and pulley? Does the pulley need to come off to remove the pump from the vehicle?

yes. I'm trying to avoid having to pull the larger bracket which connects to the alternator. the pulley would still need to come off to get that bracket from the pump.

do you have access to a torch. heat the pulley around when its press fit to the shaft and then use you puller tool. Reminds me of science class when they heat the metal ring and the metal ball can pass through it....omg, school WAS worth it.

Especially school when they let you use a torch!!
Either a torch or a bigger hammer pretty much solves everything!
