I had my lower intake gasket leaking and of course each cylinder with full of water so I pulled the plugs blew the water out and then my mother got sick I had to let the truck set all winter. Next summer drain oil which was the course milking and all of sudden I heard like a whining noise possible noise like cam bearings didn't have no oil on them and it ran for a couple minutes and then the oil pressure dropped so you think the motor is still salvageable
