Default 1985 Silverado Oil Pan Gasket Replacement

First of all, thanks to everyone for helping me. This forum is awsome!!

I am going to replace the oil pan gasket on my 1985 Chevy C10 305 V8. I tried this once before unsuccessfully as I had leaks at the rear seal. I want to do it again and do it right this time. My question is this: There are all kinds of gaskets available. One piece, three piece, cork, steel core etc. What kind of gasket should I purchase to make my chances of success the greatest? What kind of gasket sealer should I use? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Felpro cork or mr.gasket. felpro has never let me down. and i put mr.gasket head gaskets on while my felpro's were leaking, took the leak down to a minimum.
