I would be willing to bet you noticed water on the floor during the summer right? I have seen several of these trucks with condencer lines sweating into the cab. I do not know of a cure as of yet. I tested mine by putting towels under the floor mats to see how much moisture was occuring. Then tested again with no AC running...No leaks without the AC on...Let me know what your situation is. Maybe we can cure it together..

I just started having this problem also. I bought a 2000 in November. The former owner, a friend did not have the problem. I also just replaced the heater core. What causes this, and how do you fix it?

well, same as the other guy on this forum. make sure that you have that little black rubber tube sicking out through the firewall. cause if you don't that means that you pinched it during the instalation of the heater core box. the tube is attached to the box and you have to put it in the hole of the fire wall. it lets the condensation drain out

Thanks. That is exactly what it was. The hose was pinched. I knew it was something simple, I just didn't recall seeing a drain hose/plug during removal.
