2014 Silverado Wiring
Hello, I have a new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT series. As a Volunteer Fire Fighter, i have lights and radios that im currently installing. Im looking to tap into the Retained Accessory Power somehow. Looking in the owners manual, it shows that circut #50 on the passenger side fuse box is a RAP/PAO, but the fuse box is all enclosed, so i cant tell which outgoing wire is connected to it. I plan to tap the RAP, as so when my truck turns on, it will turn the backlight on in my radios. the Radios are seperately fused and powered, and will not be running off of the RAP. So if anyone knows which outgoing wire on the passenger side fuse box is RAP/PAO that would be awesome. Thanks in advanced.

For whats its worth, i was able to research the RAP a little more, and was able to access it via the distribution box mounted underneath the dash by the brake pedal.
