Default 305 to 350 swap and added power

OK, I am new to this forum and have a few questions. I am sure that this topic has been covered elsewhere but I have some specific questions on how I can add power during the swap by buying parts that I already need. I have a 1998 K-1500 with a stock 305. I plan on buying a new 350 block from Jegs when the time comes (please let me know if there is a better option for the same money!)
1. Would it be worth the money to buy bigger injectors since I already need them for the swap?
2. Would this effect the knock sensors that I need if I got bigger injectors?
3. I know I need an ESC module for the swap, as well as a new chip for the 350. Is there anything I can do to unlock the motor this way, and if so what would that be.

Sorry if this is a newbie question, but I appreciate all the help and advice that I can get.
