Its worth it.
Don't cheap out in a granny rebuild or its not gonna be reliable.
Again, make sure to tell them to replace all gaskets and install a hi-flo torque converter.

I have a 1994 chevy c1500, tranny gone out, 4,3 V6, Vortex engine, They want to know the Vin., so to see what tranny is in it. How do I decode the Vin. to tell me that?
