Question 93 1500 305 help

Alright guys i have a 1993 1500 with a 305 and it has a mis and an intermittent long crank. Cap, Rotor, plugs, wires have all been replaced. As has the ignition module. I also just did the fuel pump. The mis was there before all of those repairs. What do you guys think it is or suggest to fix/check? The mis is most apparent when cold at idle in gear, through 2000-2500rpm Also, when i drive it on the highway for a while (20 mins) it pretty much completley goes away runs smooth with a slight mis at idle.

another thought would be to isolate it, run it for a few seconds and see if you can find a cold runner on the exhaust manifold, this is easier with headers
