Unhappy Gas smell
I have a 91 stepside 4.3 if I fill up the gas over 1/2 a tank there's a stong gas smell in the cab it goes away after the tank get's below a 1/2 a tank

sounds like a rusty, old, metal gas tank leak. have a look under the truck
