Default Horn blows when tempature gets into the 30's

I have a 1989 Silverado and when the outside temp gets into the low 40's/high 30's the horn will go off and I have to go out and bump the steering wheel to make it stop. This has only happened in the middle of the night, twice tonight.
Anybody have a fix for this? So far my neighbors have been really patient.
