Default horn issue

i have an issue with my horn on my 1995 chevy truck. ocassionally it goes off for no reason at all. sometimes if you jus tbarely touch the center of the steering wheel it will go off. yesterday it went off all the way home from work - anytime i hit the sligtest bump. it only does this once every over month or so.

any ideas what this may be and how to fix it?

Sounds like the contacts are getting stuck. You will probably have to disassemble the wheel and horn assembly and find where its touching
