i call B.S. I use military grade Duct Tape... We call it speed tape cuz it's on the exterior of planes.

Cams, heads and intake will help a lot with power. Not horribly expensive, if you can do it yourself.

yeah, I think I can do that stuff myself. All great food for thought. I might even throw some duct tape on there for the hell of it lol

I wouldn't waste my money on a programmer.(if I were you)

Black Bear is cheaper, and works better.

If you go over 410s, distance driving on the highway (like cross-country) is going to get hairy.

What size gears do you have now?

I don't have my truck on me at the moment, but I'm pretty sure they're 3.73

Nelson tune, will do your truck some good, send them your ECM and they will flash it
takes a couple of days and your home free

Nelson Tune is also very liked by all who have used them.

OP, it would seem a waste to go from 373s to 410s for the cost involved. 456s may be your logical choice.
