Default Noisy in 1st and 2nd when disengaging clutch

Just bought a 05' Silverado 1500, regular cab, 6 cyl., 2 spd., 4-WD with 50K miles. I like the truck but when disengaging the clutch and shifting out of 1st or 2nd gear I hear clunking sounds. The truck upshift and downshifts fine and its not difficult to shift. Any experience here with this or ideas what it could be? Also, would changing the fluids make sense and if so any recommendations on types? All comments appreciated.

Sounds like u-joints, good idea to change all the fluids since you just bought it though.
