Default Rust...help please

i have a few 3-4 inch rust holes on the bottom section of my 1993 silverado...what is the best way to repair this..all ideas are welcome..thank you

You need to cut out the rusty areas and replace them with new metal. It's the only way to fix it. Anything else will just be a bandaid and you will have to refix it every year.

Your best bet is to do a thourough washing, including spraying the underside and fender lips every wash. This would be for any future vehicles, or this one after it is fixed.

Default fix the rust

I found a great website called www.fixmyrust.com that offers cheap die cast steel body panels. I had to repair the rocker panels and wheelarch's on my Silverado, and they had great prices and shipping was cheap. The problem is that the Silverado's are kinda known for having some rust issues, especially at these two areas. Besides the rust, I love my Silverado! Hope this helps.
