Hello experts 
I have a 94 silverado 1500 5.7l.. my car is making this annoying sound and it's like someone saying hmmmm lol.. and it speeds up when i accelerate... i can also hear it when parked... I tried to located where it's coming from but i'm no expert.. but it's kinda coming from the area between driver and passenger.. sound can be heard clearly from inside of car.

Pictures of where the sound is coming from... sound is also present when car idling.
