Default Tires for a 2005 and tow wiring question

First I'm needing new tires. I'm looking at the BFG all terrain KO. Has anyone used these and how do they do in different conditions, off road, highway, snow, mud, ets. Also what is the biggest tire I can fit on the stock rim and no lift. My second question is about towing a trailer. I have a boat and my running lights aren't working. I believe the issue is in the truck. I don't see any fuses blown in the fuse box is there an inline fuse for the trailer running lights that I am missing? Hope someone can help me with these questions
