towing tt
Ok....I need some opinions. I kno pulling tt has been talked about to death and then some. But I just want to kno what all yall think bout what imabout to do.
I have a 2013 Silverado 1500 crew cab. 5.3 with 6 speed auto trans. I have a 2.5 level kit on my truck. 10" wide mickey thompson classic wheels. I put the stock Bridgestone dueler a/t rubbers on they are the z71 factory rubbers...265-65-18.
I just bought a 5100 pound dry weight travel trailer. Loaded itd prolly b about 6k. My gvwr is 7k. Axle weight rating is 3950 front and back. Gcwv is 15k according to owners manual.
Just wondering what yall think...will my truck be just ******* it down the road or will it tow the tt good n safe? Have a equalizer hitch also will b putting on.
And people total weight for my family is 750 pounds. If im missing any info..let me kno.
