Pump is in the fuel tank. Filter is under the truck in the fuel line. You can't miss it. To find out about the pump you will have to do a pressure test.

Thanks. How do I go about getting pressure checked. Don't have money to bring to mechanic just rather do it my self. Is there something I can buy?

Well, I don't know where you are located, but some parts stores offer free loaner tools. Not totally familar with your truck, but suspect on the fuel rail should be a schrader valve to plug a gauge in to check the fuel pressure. I am thinking the pressure should be around 50-60 psig.

This should be a test port, plug in, turn on key, observe pressure
