Default $50 2002 silverado c1500

This past weekend I entered a raffle to win a 2002 silverado c1500 with 305k miles. I didnt think I would win but I did and now I have myself a little pickup.

It couldnt have come at a more perfect time since my main car is down from an accident and the suspension is all messed up on it. and im about to move in about 2 weeks. Plus ive been trying to talk the misses into letting me buy a truck for another vehicle for moving, one of our daily drivers are down or anything.

Anyways I won it last friday and ive been driving it since then. truck drives pretty well felt some slight misfiring driving around the city but nothing to major, body has some damage but for the most part looks decent.

When I picked up the truck I noticed the "Service Engine Soon" light was on and ran it by autozone today to check out some of the codes it was throwing.

it pulled up 5 different codes:
P0300 - Cylinder misfire detected - random cylinders
P0420 - catalyst efficiency low - bank 1
P0200 - Fuel injector circuit condition (hopefully not this)
P0155 - heater condition (Heated oxygen sensor bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0102 - (Man. absolute pressure)/BARO or MAF/VAF sensor condition

I dont know where to really start fist and figured I would find a forum and maybe y'all could help me out and decide what I should try to fix first because it looks like all of the problems are related to eachother and im hoping that fixing one or two of the codes will fix the rest of the problems.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks! I usually enter all kinds of stuff and never win a damn thing until now. Feels pretty good. But does anyone have any ideas where I should start on fixing things.

I just hoping that some of the things can be fixed by fixing another.

Start with replacing the manifold absolute pressure sensor, that could take care of the misfire. If you have emissions, replace the catalytic convertor, and the O2 sensor. Go from there, just my suggestions.

Thanks. I reside in dallas and have emissions and the inspection is out by 3 months. They've really started to get strict on it so I'm trying to get it inspected as soon as possible.

The P0420 means you're gonna be replacing the catalytic converter. When the get clogged they will cause misfires.

If it is a V8, probably 3, two pre-cat, and the exit cat, thats the one I believe is giving you the code. If that is the case, since it is subject to emissions, you probably will have to replace all three since the last one is probably plugged up due to the pre-cats failing. That also could cause the random misfire. Where to get one? Muffler shop.
