03 1500 LS slipping out of park?

03 1500 LS slipping out of park?
Have had a couple instances where parking truck in driveway(incline from street). Come out to leave later and truck be halfway into street, just checked and if in park and give truck a good nudge, it starts to roll until I apply the brakes. What gives? Thanks
