I need help! I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 4.3l. I already took the car to the Chevy dealer because the car is doing 10 mpg and they told me that the car does not have any problem, most do not believe that this car, walking empty can consume so much gasoline. Please if anyone has gone through the same problem let me know

 

I have a 99 with the 4.3 V6 with 164,000 miles and I still get 17 mpg in the city. Do you have a check engine light? Do you have black smoke coming out of the exhaust when accelerating? When was it last tuned. Dirty air filters also cause poor gas mileage. You say no power so something is wrong.
