Hello, I tried to do a search but i'm not even realy sure what to search for. My wife was driving our 2003 silverado home. She said it started to run rough for a second and then it stalled. She said the check engine light flashed for a sec but now it doesn't light at all. We turn the key and it doesn't do anything. Like the starter is dead. I tried to hook up a code reader but all I get is a link error message. I thought at first maybe she just ran out of gas. The security light comes on when I try to use the scanner but it doesn't flash. So i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I have checked the fuses and even tried another battery. Any tips would be greately apreciated. Thanks in advance.
