No issues with the blower motor . I checked all the fuses / relays that had anything to do with the a/c system. Came to the conclusion the control panel was toast so I went to the chevy house and picked up a new unit. Installed it attempted to do the calibration , however i assume the unit would at least show it was powered up at this point. No matter what I do I cannot get the defrost , recirculate , or a/c lights to come on. This is a manual dual climate unit. I have otc scanner and am able to turn the a/c compressor on via a component test with it but it still does nothing for the control panel. Compressor never comes on . At a complete loss atm with no literature to go on .
