I have had an external antifreeze smell on my 5.3 09 Silverado for the past year. It appears when warm and on the driver side. I can smell it with my window down sometimes when I'm driving and outside the cab after I'm stopped. I have marked the reservoir and it looses little or no coolant. There is pressure when I take the cap off. Is this something I should worry about or anyone have any ideas? I can see no signs of leakage either. Anyone else have the same problem. It has 50K miles on the truck.

Ive got the exact issue, I might loose 1/4 gallon a year. I've taken the truck in the most strenuous heat situations possible no overheating at all. but still "the smell"
