Default 10 mpg. help!
I’m only getting about 10 mpg on my 2008 DL 3500 LTZ . Runs like a champ and does the work but the cost of fuel is out of control. What do I need to do to fix this? My friends have Fords and Dogs. Thy say thy get almost double that. Help!
