#1 check your transmission fluid when the truck is warm to make sure it is properly
Filled but not overfilled.
#2 if the fluid is full then you could try replacing your shifting solenoid for a few bucks.
If the problem persists then your transmission is going out.
Get it fixed before you get stranded. They have a tool they can plug into your ecu to confirm
That your tyranny is indeed going out.
If you get it rebuilt, get a hi-flow torque converter installed and have them change the gaskets
As long as they have it opened up.
