1992 c3500 prob

HI ,i HAVE A 1992 CHEVY C3500 2WD DUELLY 5.7 tb 46,00 miles ran good this morning ,went to start and just clicked so i charged battery and now it turns over but wont start and now the gauges are reading upside down and speedo is on 25mph when not running ????????any help would be great

Start by checking battery connections at the battery, and the other ends of the cables. (chassis ground, and positive at the starter)
