have a 1994 k2500 with a 7.4 liter the fuel pump failed so i replaced fuel pump, fuel filter,fuel pump relay. the truck ran fine for a month then died had no spark changed pick up coil plugs wires cap rotor. then truck started to sputter and blow black smoke like a diesel. Now will start and die in 10-15 seconds no codes present. Any help will help!!!!!!!

 

sure you plugged the wires in proper firing order?

 

Ignition module,most likely.
