hi all

im new to the site and have been reading up on a few fourms but havent found my issue. so i wanted to see if some one could help me..
when i go to put my truck in reverse it hesitates or i have to push the gas pedal to get it to engage.. in forward gears shifting is hard.. if i wot shifts are good but if i drive regurally there hard and delayed.. fluid is nice and pink... the whole transmission has its own mud film... could it be electrical... i got it from a buddy 2 months ago and heave been trying to tackle this issue.. i also have a check engine light on as well.. and some mornings at startup the engines stumbles when in gear... just trying to list all my issues sorry if im rambling on,,,

also if i manually shift. shifts are somewhat smooth...

 

sounds like low fluid, clogged filter, or front pump isn't pumping enough.
