I have a 1995 CK Silverado 5.7K, the abs light will go on then off, not consistently, does not go on when i turn the wheel. If it goes on i apply the brakes, and it goes off. I did the jump on the ALDL H to A and it gives the 13 code. My Chilton says 12 and 14 are normal, on line , I found that 13 and 14 are ecu failure codes, my brakes are strong.???????

 

light turns on at 15 miles per hour and stays on, then turns off when below 16 miles per hour.

 

So just in case any of you want to know. It was my brake pedal light switch. It also stops the cruise control. $10
