99 k1500 abs light stays on all the time. this is my dads truck so will exlpain the best i can with second hand knowledge. a year or so he was having the same problem only intermittently so he takes it to a local mechanic/friend and he replaces the speed sensor on the passanger side wheel assembly. problem fixed for about a year then on a road trip the abs light comes on and stays on. im figuring a sensor has went bad but know nothing about the operating system. any other suggestion or fixes you guys know of?
