Hello, I have a 1997 Chevrolet Silverado Mark III ext. cab truck. There's a problem with the steering. Sometimes when I'm drivin it, its hard to steer and wants to hang or stick. It mostly does this when I'm turnin a curve and when I'm on the brake. Somebody told me it was a chip that had somethin to do with the steering. Any ideas??? Thanks!
