1999 Chevy Silverado 1500 Heat controller Problem
Hey Guys,
I am new to this forum and I am having a small problem with my truck speed selector has 0,1,2,3,4,5 for selections on it, although when i try and put it into speed 5 the fan does the same as when its in 0 nothing it shuts off. Could this be caused by the Blower Motor Resistor/Relay?
I have attached a diagram below from OnDemand 5 from work. Any help would be helpfull.

Thanks

By the way, I just changed a resister in a 02 Buick century and the only fan speed my co-worker had left way the highest speed. Had he lost that, he would not have even been able to defrost his windows. Cost was a little over $40 and it took about an hour to change on his. Best place for info on changing it is youtube.
I went to my local auto parts store and picked up a 30A fuse and changed it for the blower motor high speed and it works fine. Thanks for every thing guys.
