I recently bought the above mentioned truck, my first 4x4 ever, great truck. However, I can't seem to get my 4x4first to work. First, its push button. Now the confusing stuff. Like all early 2000 Silverados, I have the problem with the front abs sensors. Simple fix was removing the fuse. I think that's why my auto awd doesn't work, I read it is controlled by those sensors. So that's the auto awd. The four low clunks really loudly and jumps back into 2wd, only my 4 high seems to work, when it wants to. I know it engages, because my turning radius gets shafter when I hit 4 high. However, while getting my self stuck in a mud hole, I engaged 4 high, and it lit up, but my front wheels were not turning. Does anybody have any ideas? Please I wish to keep this truck. If I need a new T-case, please tell the the specific one for my truck. Thanks!
