My truck was running fine until I tried to crank it the following morning....turns over but won't crank

 

That's not much information. Is the check engine light on? If it is, what is the code?

 

I also noticed that my check engine light wasn't on so please somebody point me in the correct direction

 

Check your fuel pressure. Try spraying some starter fluid or gas into the throttle body and see if it runs for a second or so. If it does then you have a fuel problem. Check for spark to see if it is an ignition problem.
