i have a 2000 silverado 2500 with the 6.0L engine. whenever i start the engine and put it into a gear or even put my foot on the gas the rpms bearly move up and its like it has no power for about 20 seconds and then its like it kicks in and it runs perfectly fine. does anyone know what the problem is
