hi all i have a 2001 silverado with an electric mirror problem. the problem is when i move the mirror down it wont move but when i push the buttonin any other direction it works. this also applies when i switch to the passenger side. i checked the contacts and they were clean. any suggestions would be greatful.

 

bumpin it back up. maybe i need a new connector?
