2001 Silverado 1500 with issue

2001 Silverado 1500 with issue
2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 V6
The problem is it has a mystery missfire that is sporadic or not all sometimes.
New disty cap and rotor, new wires and new plugs.
New fuel filter.
Has approximation of 179,000 miles
No error code given for this problem.
Only error code is showing up is for the fuel tank pressure, it comes and goes.
I've heard the problem could be the spider fuel injection assembly.
Any suggestions?
My next thought is to test the fuel pressure.
Also if I am reversing up hill/ incline it will do the miss fire/ studder and not want to go unless i give it alot more gas than should be necessary.
