I have a 2001 Silverado with roughly 180,000 miles on it. Just recently the tow/haul light started coming on by itself when you put the truck in gear. Also the ABS and brake light come on occasionally. I don't know if these problems are related. Any ideas?

 

I found the problem with the tow/haul light. There is an orange wiring harness in the steering column that is for the tow/haul control. It was broken.
