How much power?

unfortunately it doesn't narrow it down much . IGN 0 supplies your cluster, PCM and TCM, which control a lot of things.

However, IGN 0 should NOT be energized with the key removed, so you may have a faulty ignition switch.

It will drain a fully charged battery overnight. I'm not use to working with this much electronics either. Any advice on how to further trace the problem would be greatly appreciated

Like I said, your ignition switch must not be fully shutting off.
