i replaced the sending unit and the instrument cluster stilll not working

 

replaced it alll still not working

 

My oil pressure guage is maxed on my 2003 silverado, as well. Been that way for years.
Is there any national chain places that can refurbish or repair the clusters? Or are these going to be local places? If so, what should I be looking for or asking when trying to locate a local place that can do this?

 

Just had this problem with my 2004. While driving home the voltage gauge maxed out and stayed there. It has been about 4 degrees outside too.
