Up until yesterday there was no indication of a problem and following a 85 mile trip down the interstate when I pulled off onto the two lane my truck would not shift into overdrive.

I left it sit for a while and got it to go back into overdrive when I started back home but after a couple miles it kept popping back out so I drove it home in Drive with no problems.

It did seem to slip a little going from second to third when I got closer to home but nothing big.

Any ideas?

 

Yea she needs a rebuild. My 02 didn't show any signs of a problem, I pulled into the grocery store. when I came out No OD. 2 days later no Reverse.
